On crystal disk info the current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count are highlighted under caution.
The raw values are 16 for both.
Should I be worried?
I also tried WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostics and the quick test came up as a pass but the extended test came up as a failure and stated something of the lines of "unable to fix bad sectors".
I will be doing the chkdsk operation later.
Is there anything else I should do to try and fix it.
It's only a year old, is that signs of things to come? Should I try to RMA it?

Solution
Well, the title of the thread states that you are having problems with WD Blue right?
Anyways, no matter if WD drive or any other brand, I believe that you should be able to RMA the drive once it is under warranty and the tests show that there are bad sectors on it(even though they are only 16).
The read error rate is not a good sign as well.

Thanks for the reply.
HD sentinel is reporting " The drive found 16 bad sectors during its self test.
There are 16 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.
137 errors occured during data transfer. This may indicate problem of the device or with data/power cables. It is recommended to examine and replace the cables if possible.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there."
But when checking SMART, the raw read error rate is at 93,500,000 and tripled from 32,000,000 in a single day, eventhough i wasn't using it, ( I just upgraded to a new SSD so left the old HD plugged in)
How has the raw read error rate reached such a high value and triple in a day?

EDIT: the weird drive is a seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162
and it's 1 year old.
I also have a 3 month old WD 3TB Green, but that has 0 reallocated sector count, and 0 errors
