GTX 970 error 43 need help.

Hi i got evga gtx 970 sc gaming acx 2.0, i3 6100, asus h110m-k d3, thermaltake 530 W, 8gb kingston hyper x 1888 mhz, ssd adata 120 gb, windows 8,1 and major problem lets start this story so i got this brand new build tried to install win7 but without cd/dvd drive its almost impossible so i installed win 8.1 and ive got errror 43 on card ive updated bios, chipset ,video drivers preety much all is updated(at least i think it is) and im getting still the same problem, sometimes when i turn PC on error 43 is not present everything seems to be ok but when i try to change driver options or play the game (dota 2 menu is lagging as hell) PC restarting itself or crashes when i was installing win 7 and got cd/dvd driver missing error ive disabled CSM in bios then re enabled it after this iv'e set settings to default nothing helped so now im with win 8.1 and not working video card im also using dvi to vga(for the record it is plugged to video card not to mobo) for my older monitor also tried on my tv via hdmi with same results card is broken or i need to change bios settings(that weird asus uefi bios) any help will be appreciated thanks in advance and sorry for my poor engrish happy holidays guys!
 
Solution
First make sure everything running at stock/factory setting. For the BIOS you can load default setting or do jumper reset to reset BIOS to it's default setting (you can also use removing the BIOS battery method). Then make sure all windows updates being installed and other device have their proper driver installed. Except graphic card.

Error 43 usually related to graphic card stop working and cannot work properly with windows. Also got this problem from time to time with my previous 660 SLI setup although reinstalling my driver will solve the problem.

So after everything is ready download DDU from guru3d. Use that to do clean driver uninstallation for your current graphic driver (just tick everything related to nvidia). When...

When installing your drivers choose custom instead of express. Untick geforce experience from the list before proceding further.
