I am building my first PC, it will be mainly for rendering (mostly Octane render & Cinema 4D) and 3D modelling (Cinema 4D). Could anyone help me out? I was planning to get the AMD FX 8350 with 8 cores, as I hear more cores is better for rendering. I am coming from a macbook pro so this level of power would be new to me and also looking for something long term that would allow me to add more than one graphic card in the future. I hear the motherboard determines how many graphic cards you can add, is this true? sorry my lack of knowledge, just a mac guy :p £1000 is my max budget sadly :(
