Hi & Merry Xmas,
it's a couple of days started to get the above error message(after 4 beeps) when starting my PC. The BIOS info at the H/W monitor section says:
Vcore Voltage: 4,08V (in red colour),
3,3V Voltage:4,08V (in red colour),
5V Voltage: 6,85V (in red colour),
12V Voltage: 16,32V (in red colour)

CPU FAN ~ 1700 rpm

Besides that, the battery don't keep the time, have to set it again most of the times, probably has been exhausted(The mobo is about 8-9 years old, BIOS phoenix v6.00PG ACPI BIOS Revision 0401).

Any idea what is going wrong? The power supply maybe?

thank you

Solution

The battery is what holds your BIOS settings that should be why your date and time changes.

thank you very much:):bounce:, changing the battery solved the problem. I just hope that the volts values shown at the BIOS before putting the new battery were false and didn't make any harm to the system.
