Need help - Installed new SSD but wifi driver not found

Just installed my new SSD with a clean install of windows10.
However, it cannot recognize the wifi adapter.

WiFi adapter: (ATHEROS AR9271 )

I have been searching for hours on drivers for that USB adapter, nothing has worked, I've literally tried every driver, nothing has worked.
I cannot use an ethernet cable.
I can easily swap to my HDDs to get my internet back (This is how I made the post)
But once I swap back to my SSD, the driver isn't found.

Someone please help?

OK, the backstory on this thread:

OP has a new SSD, and due to size restraints, a clean install of the OS on the new drive is needed.
Clean install of Windows 10, licensed from a previous Win 7 and Upgraded.
Attempting to find and install the drivers for the WiFi adapter, so he can get connected and download the rest of the needed drivers (GPU, etc)

Any and all recommendations and solutions are helpful.
