Port Forwarding for Online Games

2 questions:

1) What do I need to fill in the "LAN-port" box, shown in this picture: http://imgur.com/1sC4yNv
It needs to be filled in and can't skip it, but weirdly enough most tutorials shown on youtube dont include the LAN port.. :/

2) When reading the list of all the ports, there are some shown as "27000 - 27049"
What does this mean?
Is the 27000 the internal port and 27049 external port? Or do I need to fill in every port in between like: TCP/int 27000/ext 27000/IP, TCP/int 27001/ext 27001/IP, etc etc untill I reach 27049? No1 seems to be clear about this..

1) The LAN Port is the same as Internal Port. In most circumstances this will be the same as the External Start port.

2) "27000-27049" is the port range. Just use this as your External Start (27000) and...
