http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970DE3U3S3/ this is the one I have now. Have had it for around 2.5 years. I"m looking to upgrade within a 150-200 dollar budget, not including the processor. Are there any good suggestions, gaming wise? Feel free to include a good processor that could go with it as well.

Well if youre buying new Id go with skylake, although you could save a bit of money with haswell I think a few extra bucks for skylake is worth it.

I can vouch for the msi z170 m5 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130873&cm_re=msi_z170a_gaming_m5-_-13-130-873-_-Product Ive been extremely happy with it.

As for cpu, it really depends on your budget/what you want to use it for. Assuming this is a gaming pc, an i5 is still the best bang for the buck. But with newer games and dx12, an i7 is not a bad idea either looking into the future.
