Terrible power supply. Now I see why you didn't list it. Cheap power supplies usually fail early and can ruin other parts.

It's made with cheap low quality parts. It might be ok in a pc made for facebook, youtube and office applications but it won't hold up well in a gaming system.

No SATA 3 or UEFI, but it still supports 8 channel audio, USB 3.0 and up to 32GB RAM. Woudn't recommend it for OC, so think about the future. If you're sure you won't OC, get this build. the Gigabyte GA78LMT USB 3 is also a similar board too for around the same price.

If you want a good PSU you'll have to spend $55-60 (not including sales). I realize the 500 W1 is on sale right now for $17.99 with rebate but if it fails you are not saving anything and it could damage other components. But, you could get lucky.....
