Should be fine even on on the Stock cooler. What really matters is the voltage, the less you have to raise VCore the better. I got to 4.7Ghz on a $30 RAIJINTEK Pallas.

The CX750 is lower performance than I like, but you have what you have. It is plenty powerful enough.
