Windows 10 re-installation on SSD

I recently just bought a 480gb ssd which i plan on putting Windows 10 Pro on. My current system has windows 10 Pro on my 1tb WD Blue Drive. I wish to do a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on the ssd as my boot drive, and use my old 1tb WD as storage. Before I begin should i deactivate my windows 10 Pro before i begin? Also when i downloaded the windows 10 media installer to make a bootable usb there were no options for the pro version?

Ok so just write down the windows 10 product key and install windows on the ssd(only plugged in) then when the installation is completed and set in BIOS the ssd as the first boot drive, I can format the old 1tb drive and go from there.
