How do I enable my USB controller in windows 7, 64 bit? I have had a PNY 256 flash drive since March 2015 and it worked fine until yesterday. Device Driver "sees" the drive but when I click on it, it doesn't work. "My Computer"doesn't even see the drive. The same thing happens when I insert the flash drive into either of my laptops - each a Lenovo T530 running Windows 7 64 bit. PNY online tech support says enable my USB controller. but I don't know how to do that or find it.

Solution
If it doesn't work on at least two computers it's more likely to be a faulty, worn out pen drive which is ready for replacing.
Just to be sure, try it on a third and even a fourth PC if you can.

If it doesn't work on those either, my money is on the pen drive having reached the end of it's life because the odds of four or even three computers being the cause of the same problem are very slim.
