Moved scanned documents.Where did they origionally come from?

Your scanned files should still be in that same folder. Or do you mean you scanned new ones and can't find them? When you scan them, you should see a dialog box about where to save them, that is where they will be.
There is usually a "Scanned" "Imported" "Scans" folder under Images or My Documents, maybe a few other placed, depending on the program used.
You can also do a search for recent saved documents or the names of the files to find where they are.
