Safe temps to increase voltage on cpu?

Are these temperatures safe to increase the voltage on my fx 6300 which is already overclocked to 4GHz at stock voltage? Im looking at the TMPIN1 and TMPIN2 temps which seem a bit high to me but is it safe to increase voltage on cpu?

HWmonitor doesn't detect AMD FX processors properly. When overclocking you want to ensure your looking at the right temps. Use AMD Overdrive to monitor (not overclock, but just monitor) your CPU's thermal margin.
