can my laptop run fallout 4? Or what modern games can it run?

Here are my specs: Processor:AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 1.8 ghz can be overclocked to 3.8 ghz (i think im not sure 100% on it its 3. something)Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R6 11GB of ram Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit if you can please reply fast because im looking forward to playing tons of games with friedns and i need to know if i can run any modern games.

It appears to work okay at 720p but the frame rates are low on some games (20-40 fps)

'Fraid not, this is as close to social media as I get. (I state as though this site might count as social media) Nope, no facebook, skype, not even a youtube channel - I often consider setting up these things but just never have.
