Custom PC will not boot with front USB 3.0 plugged in to Motherboard

I built a gaming PC for Christmas but have one issue my PC refuses to boot when I have my front usb 3.0 connectors plugged into the Motherboard! without them plugged in my system is flawless.

My System:
Intel Core i5 4690
Gigabyte H97M D3H
Sapphire Radeon R7 370 NITRO 3gb
Kingston Hyper X Fury 16gb
corsair H60 water cooler
corsair CX750m powere supply

Edit: when I say "it not boot" nothing turns on it shows no sign of power!

Thank you for your response! I have disconnected the cable and will be receiving my replacement case on Wednesday I did confirm it was the cable by plugging in a different 3.0 cable
