Is my PC build compatible?

so recently went out and bought somethings to build a computer. For the most part i think i know most of the items are compatible.
Heres the list:
MotherBoard- MSI Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
Processor- I5-4690K LGA 1150
SSD- SSD plus 240GB SanDisk
Network Card-TP-Link N900 PCI Express Adapter
RAM- Corsair Vengence two 8 GB (16gb) CMZ16X3M2A1600C10
Graphics Card- Geforce GTX 970
Power Supply- Thermaltake Smart Series 650W

hopefully its all compatible. thew system turns on after i put it together, but the monitor has a black screen. i have tried several monitors and same result.

It's plugged into the Motherboard I'm now testing the RAM one at a time

I now have tried on stick of ram at a time, but i got the same results as before.

Ok ill try that Tomorrow morning hopefully it'll work. Today has been way too stressful than it should of been.
