Ok so for christmas i got a new Laptop and a pretty good one at most.
Specs:
Inspiration 5558 signature edition
Intel Core i5-4210U CPU @1.70 GHz 2.70GHz
8 GB RAM
x64 bit
Directx v12

my brother also got the same model and he can run most of the games we play together (TF2, CSGO, etc..) but for some reason in game my drivers crash and then recover. I have tried many solutions including: Updating the drivers, Updating Direct X, Enabling VSync, and nothing works!
The only things i have installed on this laptop is Steam, Skype, Google chrome, CSGO, TF2 and GPUz (to monitor GPU temp.)

Please help me with my problem.

Can you please pass on the model number for you laptop? It usually has a 7 digit alphanumeric code following the 4 digit series number i.e 5558-XXXXXXX. That being said, are you sure you installed the graphics drivers off their product support site found here alongside the necessary device drivers?

Do include your OS and the GPU found on your laptop(if you can't get to a model number) as it's a known issue to see that the drivers weren't communicating with their respective devices and causing all sorts of issues.

On another note, are you able to runt eh game at reduced details without any overheating issues? Multitasking apparently adds more stress onto the CPU side so your cooler may be having to do double duty in such a small/confined space.
