Whats the minimal power supply/ideal power supply I should get ? and why. Thank you.
Ive tried the online calculators which state under 500w - apx 410 w but I don't know how reliable they are

I have a dvd/cd drive
audio: Realtek Alc887 8 channel high def audio codec
5 usb ports (two are 3.0)1 is used for usb wireless adapter , one for my mouse and another for keyboard standard/ no LED lights
I use my hdmi port to connect to a tv for my monitor which has its own plug/power supply
I have 120 mm fan
Max continuous gaming 8hrs , realistically 3-4 hrs
