Bc this is a headache of a question. Think Muath. Are you using the same case? whats the end connectors of the old fans? Look at the motherboard manual and look for fan connectors. Does the case have the fans fittings as the same size as the fan?

If its 3 pin connectors it will work on 3 & 4 pin fan headers on mobo. The new case probably has sufficient fans that you dont need to keep the old crap ones anyhow.

The clearer you make your question the easier it is for us to answer. look to see how the old fan was connected. there obviously some power going to it. it should be fine, if its getting old and noisy you can replace it with another fan of the same dimension. just look at the connection and see that its the same.
