From another thread of mine, the above was recommended. I'll be buying the rest once I obtain the gift card from NewEgg.

When I built my current system, I had bought somethings named something like Silver Artic, the stuff between the CPU and heatsink. Should I buy again? If so, what should I buy?

I'd like to have a positive pressure (to keep dust out) in my case, can anyone suggest fans I will need? Can they wait until Feb/March when I get more money form income taxes and when I'll buy the GPU?

Is there anything else I may be missing in this build?

I'll be using my current hard drives, optical drive, mouse, keyboard, and 2 monitors.

no you dont need thermal paste, intel heatsink comes with it already applied.

Yes you can wait for any additional fans you might need. You might not need any. Wait until youve got your case. If you want fans, look no further than Noctua (normal editions , not redux or industrial)
