Hello, I've recently been experiencing some difficulties with one of my two graphics cards and was wondering what the problem could possibly be.

- My first question is: what is a code 43 and how do I 'fix' this? Here is a direct copy/paste of what device manager tells me when I click properties on one of my r9 290x's: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).
- I noticed that this strange error seems to have happened about the time Microsoft released an update for windows 8.1 (which I was running at the time but no longer am; windows 10 now) alongside a catalyst update (the exact update number escapes me, as I noticed this issue a couple versions later).
- Since than, I've also lost the crossfire option in my Crimson manager (it's nowhere to be found, and I've looked where it's supposed to go, watched videos, etc).

Solution
its a kernel failure
Its very basic and tells you nothing.
Remove your drivers with ddu then put each in and test them individually if both work then put the other in with it. Also disable ULPS.
