Hello everyone, I have an HP Envy 17 (LW900AV) which keeps going in and out of WIRELESS internet connectivity. Other devices are the same time are still connected wireless (iPhone, iPad) and also other devices are connected through ethernet cable (Smart TV, PS4). For some reason, my laptop or my router is not letting me access the internet randomly. It only lasts about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then it'll come back on for about 3-4 minutes and then it'll do the same thing again. Then I'll have 30 minutes to an hour of peace before it'll start the same thing over again.

I am not sure what is going on. I have an ASUS RT-AC68U router that I just purchased 31 days ago and I have an Motorola ARRIS SB6141 modem that I purchased 1 year ago. I have never really had this problem on my laptop before so it is pretty new to me.

I dont have a static IP address or anything, everything is hooked up to configure automatically, I disabled the Windows VPN wireless adapters in my Network Settings in Control Panel.

When I click on the status of the wireless network, it'll say IPV4 connectivity- Internet and IPV6 connectivity- No Internet Connection and then obviously when the internet is out both IPV4 and IPV6 say No Internet Connection.

Also, I never lose wireless signal to the router. I am always connected to the router wirelessly (sp?) but I assume the issue is with transmission from my Laptop to Router to Internet.

Any help would be appreciated guys. If you need screenshots or some data from the computer just let me know what to do and how to get that data and I'll do it as soon as I can.

I've updated the drivers for my wireless card through HP and also did a Windows Update and I am fully updated. Not really sure what else to do at this point. Please let me know!

Thanks and Merry Christmas!
