So, I bought an EVGA SC GTX 750 ti, and it doesn't work with my bios, so if I have my facts right, I need to change my motherboard so I can have a uefi bios based mobo that will fit my AMD A10-5700 APU and has 4 DDR3 Ram slots with atleast 2 PCI-e 3.0 slots which will fit in my HP p6-2204a case.

Please note I need cheap mother boards that don't go over the price of 70 USD.

Ok... So what motherboard do you currently have? There is a very good chance you only need a bios update. Regarding the PCIe slots, You don't need PCIe 3.0 necessarily, just at least PCIe 2.0 x16 to fit your card. PCIe 3.0 x16 will work as well but it's not a huge performance increase whatsoever as 2.0 supplies plenty of bandwidth. Any FM2 board will fit your processor.

This is mainly a stock HP PC, the motherboard in it now is an MSI MS-7776 and the PC has no BIOS updates from the website (hp) and I could possibly brick my PC if I do get a BIOS update for the motherboard, however the current version is 7.7 and my system information is here:

Ok that CPU is going to bottleneck your 750ti. I didn't realize this was an OEM build.... Those motherboards paired with the locked APUs are usually pretty bad.

I'd suggest the Athlon x4 860k and an A88X motherboard. Grab something like a CM Hyper 212 EVO cooler and overclock that puppy.
860k : $67 Here
Mobo : $75 here
Cooler : $30 Here

One problem about that, the bundle you listed costs around $280 NZD (180 USD) And I don't have anywhere near that money, I can only afford the motherboard at most, unless you have a cheaper alternative so I can have more money to save for the other items. Looks like I'll only be having the mobo on my buy list, however that is mainly all I need because I might beable to sell my older card and spurt up some money for the newer components.

If you can list another motherboard I would be greatful as I'm not the type to have a good income.

Ok the only issue with keeping that CPU is that your not going to be getting all that card can offer. What do you plan on using this for?

Mainly gaming and to have better 3D performance for programs like cinema 4d and element 3D, I'll plan on selling my sapphire HD 5770 if this works, followed by the APU so I can upgrade and have about 230 dollars in my wallet.

If you want to work in 3D rendering applications you need the beefier CPU I don't know what to tell you...
Sorry man I could maybe shave $10 on the cooler, get a cheapo Mobo take $10 off there, and downgrade your CPU a bit and get $10-$20 there, that's max $40. That gets you closer but not $70...

So, does the motherboard you have listed support both legacy and UEFI based devices?

It certainly supports UEFI and Legacy.

So no matter what, any GPU I buy will work on this motherboard regardless of if it is a UEFI bios or legacy BIOS

Just being certain, I don't want to mess up.
