PSU calculators are not to be trusted, aside from PCPartPicker. You need a 500W PSU for a 970.

Also, your 970 is being severely bottlenecked by that Pentium. There is no way it can utilise 32GB of RAM or even half the power of the 970. Change it to an i5 4460 for optimum results.
