Hi, recently my computer have been using a lot of ram even on start up. I've included a few screenshots that i've taken right after start up showing my ram usage is sitting at ~23% with 8GB of DDR3 Ram. Running things such as Chrome or playing Battlefield 4 its fine but I cannot play GW2/GTA V at all due to high ram usage.
Things were fine a couple of days ago but I wasn't sure of the exact amount of ram usage then. The only change I've made to my system is replacing my stock cooler with a Coolermaster 612V2. I think i bumped one of the ram sticks and it popped out but after putting it back in it was registering 8GB like normal.
So far I've tried changing the amount of Virtual memory (with the help of a friend) and it seemed to have helped a little bit but I still can't play my core games.

If there is no problem and that there is nothing that I can do, would me getting a 16GB kit of ram help?
