Anything more than two (almost identical) 4GB RAM DIMM's causes failure to boot up

Hi

I wanted to upgrade my RAM, My Motherboard is a GA-H97M-Gaming 3 model so it is compatible up to 32GB.
I had 2 x 4GB dimms of crucial DDR-3 1600 (model: CT51264BA160BJ ) I bought 2 x 4GB Crucial DDR-3 1600 (model: CT51264BA160B )

I threw them in and my computer wouldn't boot up correctly (it would start up with lights, nothing would display on screen, then after a minute it would off it self then reboot with the exact same cycle).

I can't find anything online that helps, or anything to indicate what difference the J makes in the Model number. or any indication that they would be incompatable when used together.

Things I've tried that works:
Removing the new RAM leaving in the OLD RAM only - boots up fine
Removing the old RAM and leaving the New RAM only (in different slots from the old RAM) - boots up fine
Removing one of each and leaving in one OLD RAM and One New RAM Stick - boots up fine

Things I've tried that don't work (each time same failed repeatedly booting state as above:
Updated BIOS to Latest.
All Four DIMMS in
2 Old DIMM and 1 New DIMM (alternating between the two New sticks, and the slots)
2 New DIMMs and 1 old DIMM
Removing the CMOS Battery For 10 seconds (while unplugged) and All Four in, or Two Old and One New in.
Adjusting the BIOS settings to Maximum stability While two are in shut down, removed CMOS Battery, put in all 4 then rebooted.

As I said, nothing seems to work, yet everything seems to indicate that it should work

Things I haven't tried:
1) Adjusting the Voltage, In the BIOS that option is greyed out and locked at 1.5V which what the RAM says it should be.
2) Adjusted the Timing: I have the option to, but reluctant, I've set it to Auto - max compatibility (currently 11 11 11 28)

Any Suggestions? Thanks in advanced. Here's a screenshot of my Hardware summary:

The difference between them is that the CT51264BA160BJ has 8 DRAM chips on it and the CT51264BA160B has 16 DRAM chips on it and according to a support employee at Crucial they cannot be mixed in the same system.

Interesting, but they did mix when I put one of each in, and it was just when I had 3 or more in where it failed. maybe it can mix but not in Dual Channel Mode? and when there are two with the same number DRAM chips it activates Dual Channel mode and fails when it detects the other DIMM? I don't know, I guess I gotta see if I can return this RAM tomorrow and Try to get an 8 DRAM model .
Thanks
