Hello guys,

I have a problem with me PC. When i play games its shutdown or restart; yes, i know that its a different thing, shutdown and restart, but for me, at least for me PC both are happening.

I know that you may think that its overheating but its not. The temps. are quite good.

Here are me specs:
AMD FX 6300. Cooler Arctic Freezer 7 pro
8 GB RAM DDR 3
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
Radeon HD 7870 XT 2 GB 256
Sirtec 500W 80+

I think i may go somewhere and check it but after the new year. 'Till then can you guys tell me what should i check?

I mean, i check the source but there in nothing wrong with it. I think..

Any idea guys?!

Get a new PSU! How many times do I see people on this site use a crappy PSU! SERIOUSLY, A CHEAP PSU CAN KILL YOU! And fry all your PC! A restarting/shutting down PC that happens randomly is a sign of a cheap, bad PSU. Get EVGA W1 500W 80+ its gonna cost more but be much more reliable.

Hi,

Yes do replace the PSU. Any high quality case will have good airflow, but a high quality case doesn't mean a super expensive case. There is the Corsair 100R, a great case for about $50 which has two fans and lots of space to work in. As you have got a mATX board, you could go with a smaller Micro ATX case. The Fractal Design Core 1000 in my opinion is the best budget case because it looks great, has USB 3, two fans and great airflow. Its only about $30-$40.

OK. Thanks!
I am going to buy a new PSU.

About the case, the Fractal Design Core 1000 looks nice but the problem is that if i will mount the after market cooler for processor, it will not fit 'cause the PSU is above it.

Yeah, the VS series aren't very good, and are like the CX series I mentioned earlier......be patient, as the PSU is almost like the heart of the system, pumpinh electricity from the wall socket to your precious components.
