Hi, need suggestions on liquid cooling. Currently I have Corsair H100i and it got damaged. Out of the two pipes, one pipe is getting huge heat and the other one is not getting so heat. Also, when I am playing games like CSGO , Just Cause 3 , the temperatures are near 90-92 C despite of reapplying a new thermal paste. So, the hardware guy told me to get a new cooling system but I need suggestion as which one should I get now.
My mobo is Gigabyte Z97x gaming G1 wifi bk and CPU is i7 4771.
So which liquid cooling should I get for my system ?

Thanks in advance :)

PS - I have posted the same thread under "System" and "Overlclocking" as I didnt know the appropriate category for my issue. Mods can delete the other two.

Liquid cooling is iffy at best and contrary to what most people think is not drastically better than air cooling. If cost is not a problem, get a Noctua NH-D15; it's the best air cooler on the market. High quality, quiet and performs well too. Just make sure your case fits it.

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.85 @ Amazon)

If you want something cheaper, get a be quiet! Dark Rock 3. Again, make sure your case fits it.

When it comes to liquid cooling you have all in one enclosed systems and modular systems. The enclosed sealed system like the corsair you had are not the best of quality. Pumps die, etc.... Modular systems are great. You pick and choose your water blocks, pumps, radiators, reservoirs, run all the piping, then fill it with the liquid of your choice and fire it up. They have high quality pumps, if you buy one, and are versitile. You can route the piping anyway you want. But you will be looking at $350+ to get started. Once you own the system it's great because you just need to change a water block to be compatible with future CPUs.

Personally I prefer a good heatsink over a cheap sealed liquid cooler. And there are many high end builders that agree with me.

If you really do want liquid cooling check places like Newegg, NCIX, etc... They have all the components for liquid cooling from companies like XSPC, EK, Swiftech, FrozenQ, etc...

If you want to stick with watercooling, and do not want to go through designing a custom loop the NZXT X61 Kraken is one of the best water coolers available. Extremely well built, quiet and performance that rivals even custom water cooling loops.
