i got a fx 8350 ,and with the stock cooler it works fine ,but i bought another cooler for better cooling, with the new cooler(Cooler Master Hyper Tx3 EVO),the pc is lagging even when i try to open a folder, what should i do?(i even changed the thermal paste several times)

Solution
I would think the issue would be a lower end cooler with a cpu that needs decent cooling. Not to mention running a 125w fx 8xxx cpu on a low end motherboard with only 3 power phases. A motherboard with even 4+2, if not 6 or 8 power phases would be much better for that cpu as well as one with heatsinks on the vrm which are probably overheating. Using an aftermarket tower cooler like a tx3, 212 evo etc takes away the top down cooling of the stock heatsink which was helping cool the already stressed vrm.

The psu not supporting the cooler makes no sense at all, sorry. The tx3 is likely barely better than the stock cooler. The fx 8xxx cpu's are power hungry and have higher tdp due to having 8 cores. Using low end motherboards with weak 3...

i know how much i need,i tried with that amount ,it's not working,i don't think it's about the thermal paste,i was in a game ,testing,and my ping is high too,can the psu be a problem?i got a nvidia gtx 550 ti with fx8350 ,a hdd,1 aditional cooler,psuSegotep GTR-550, 550W,and motherboard ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX, Socket AM3+

Using low end motherboards with weak 3 phase heatsinkless vrm and low end low tdp capable coolers isn't a good mix. It's the perfect storm for cpu throttling.

^^^This is the only answer you need be concerned with, as it's the correct one. That motherboard shouldn't even be paired with FX 6 core much less an FX 8 core. Thermals are terrible. Use of a tower cooler has made an already bad situation even worse. Get a new board.

While you're at it, I'd also suggest a new PSU might not be a bad idea. I've never heard of that unit you have, and can find no reputable reviews of it, which is generally a bad thing regardless of what market or region you're in. If it was worthwhile, there'd be some mention of it somewhere.
