XFX TS 650W +80 Bronze, Is it good enough for MSI 980 TI?

I want a new power supply unit for my MSI 980 TI Gaming Editon and I was just thinking if it is good enough for it? I only have a budget of £70 so if you're going to suggest any others, make sure they're under £70 please.

You should be fine with that PSU. The 980TI isn't a very power hungry card.
