yes, its sufficient however its not very good quality. Have a look at how much the EVGA 550 or 650w is in your area.
I take it youre not playing games? Youve got a pricey motherboard and your GPU is woefully under powered for gaming.

Agreed with fredfinks get a better gpu instead of going for a expensive mobo.. jst in case if u forgot throw a ssd as well if u can ..

The VS series and other cheap PSUs have an extremely high failure rate compared to good quality PSUs. as i said in the first post the best priced tier 1 PSU is the evga G2. Seasonic make the best PSUs. Get the G2 650w or seasonic 550w.
Again, youre not going to enjoy games that much with that GPU. its too slow.
