How to add people to FTP server without giving information?

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but, I was wondering how I could let someone use my FTP server to ONLY Read/Write, as a moderator to our site, without giving my information away, like my passwords and stuff? I don't want them knowing that info, so is there any way I can do that? If not, i can change the password to the server, but I'd rather not if I don't HAVE to.

You can create a separate FTP account(s) with different usernames and passwords (and access privileges). Exact steps for doing this differ depending on server software/provider.
