the 390x graphics are a lot better than ps4. On a gpu like the gtx 750 ti ps4 might be better on horrible ports like ac or batman arkham knight

Google eurogamer pc vs ps4

If memory serves correctly xbox1 gpu is equal to 7790 and i believe ps4 was 7870.

Visually the pc will generally have more details (see ie witcher 4 pc vs ps4 on youtube)

Also ps4 only has 8gigs ddr5

Where as your r9 390 has 8 gigs plus your mb ram.
