PC won't start after surge protector shut off

As the title says, my PC doesn't work after my surge protector failed (I have my PC plugged into a wall outlet right now) Nothing works, no fans, no lights, beeps, nothing.

My specs are:
Thermaltake TR2 700W
MSI 970 Gaming G series mobo
GTX 750TI from Asus
Windows 10 Home Premium
8 Gigs DDR3 Corsair Vengeance

Try disconnecting the power cable from the PSU. Then change the toggle switch from the On to Off back to On position. With the power cable still disconnected, press the power button on the front of your case (this discharges any residual power in the system).

Reconnect the power cable. Try again.

You might also try another outlet to plug into as well.
