Need CPU cooler for overclocking

In the $30 range the best cooler your going to be looking at is the Hyper 212 EVO. Before upgrading my cooling to H100i for better overclocks I had my FX 8370 clocked at 4.5Ghz 1.26V on a Hyper 212 EVO, temps under Prime 95 never exceeded 60C. I did have 2 fans mounted on the Hyper 212 EVO in a push pull configuration for better cooling so you have that "upgrade" you can make later on to the Hyper 212 EVO if you need it.
