I am upgrading my old Dell Inspiron 560 Desktop PC, found here :http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/inspiron-560/pd, and I am going to be using it for gaming purposes. I will most likely be recording or streaming on mass multiplayer games, So i need to make this comp into a beast. I am on a buget (200$-400$) and I need help with what i need to replace with a better version. I am thinking of replacing the graphics card with a MSI Radeon R7 370 Gaming 4G Graphics Card found at http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=1162653&gclid=CjwKEAiAtf6zBRDS0oCLrL37gFUSJACr2JYbvLaXuYBtaWh2-49rAJqE0gP3u-lMnRcHP5StbrFnfBoCE1Hw_wcB&is=REG&ap=y&A=details&Q= .
But i know that my comp has some old parts that need to be replaced so was wondering what pard need to be replaced. Pleas post what I should replace.

Inspiron 560 is Desktop. According to Dell forum it can take just about any LGA775 CPU. Due to 3 phase VRM I would avoid the older 65nm Quads (Q6600-6800) and go for the faster Q9550-9650. Without PSU upgrade the GTX750Ti is the best GPU. It can be found in low profile. DDR3 1066 memory up to 8GB (might be 16 but I can't confirm that). Overclocking with QX9650 might be an option if you're the adventurous type. PITA with locked BIOS but it can be done (see my sig.). There's a tutorial "Overclocking Dell BTX Computers" That covers locked BIOS overclock. The BTX part won't apply though. You can probably find a PSU that fits and has PCIe power cables. Quad core Dells came with heatpipe coolers but I only know the BTX part#s, try some...

You can't replace that laptops graphics card, sorry. Also, the CPU of that old computer is way behind todays technology standards. Just go and buy a new computer, that's best for you.
