I recently got an acre aspire r14 computer as a present but some programs were not working correctly so I tried to restore it to factory settings. Then around 70% it said there was an error and to continue to Windows 10. So I clicked and the laptop shut down and now it won't load past the "acer explore beyond limits" screen when you first power it on. Then after 4 seconds it will go black but remain on and repeat.
I can't enter any recovery modes or Bios.
