Is this graphics card too big for this case?

Yes, and honestly, i don't know what case would fit that monster at 15 inches long. The case only accommodates up to 12.5 inch cards.

Also, since that graphics card wouldn't fit I found a different, smaller, graphics card, and was wondering if you would mind answering if this card would fit in the same case above? -

That card is only 10.5 inches, so it will fit. I found the case specs on the Amazon link you provided (316 mm = 12.44 inches).
