PSU and Power Strip very low buzzing

Hi guys,

I got Seasonic X Series 650w plus gold and Panther PSP-0394, it was build few days ago. Somehow, buzzing is coming from the psu and power strip, but it's only audible when i'm very close. Is that alright? or should i try another outlet or replace the psu?

Is it 50 or 60Hz? for the PSU is could be fan noise. Is it a physical shaking on the PSU? swapping outlets cannot possibly hurt. what kind of buzzing? a sharp arc like noise? a hum?

I think it just the fan noise, but i have another question:
Do 10 amp - 250 vac / 15 amp - 120 vac also it says 2500 watts continously duty. Is that safe for my gaming pc? BTW it's a extension cord i apologize if i mistaken.

UPDATE, Yes it 60 hz

That cord should be fine, but the 60Hz buzz has me worried. generally that means a transformer is being overtaxed. I might check with sea sonic on that, because a transformer should not hum like that especially out of the box.

I had a SEASONIC X650 a few years back that I had to replace because of a loud fan ,replaced it with a XFX XTR650W.

Some of the X series tend to suffer from coil whine also.

^ is this fan or something worse? 60Hz could be a fan, but that generally is something electronic.

50-60Hz is the frequency of the AC.

Yes it might not be fan , I personally never recommend the X series ,tend to have issues with some Gold models.

When I hear 60Hz I either Run, or play with my induction forge. it is not a good sound unless you want it.
