ive recently rewired my computer, turned it on and took 10~15 min to post which it usually doesnt, also the usb ports and audio/ mic jacks on the back of my mobo wont work. i need help

GPU- nvidia gtx 960
CPU- amd fx-4300 quadcore 3800mghz
8gb of ram
PSU- corsair 600 watt
mobo- MSI Socket AM3+/ AMD 760G/ DDR3/ Hybrid CrossFireX/ A and GbE/ MicroATX Motherboard 760GM-P34 (FX)
also i can use skype and hear audio but i cannot hear anything else. i am currently using my case audio jacks and usb ports
