Need advice for building a gaming rig under 75k inr or 1140usd

I have searched forums for this question but only found 2 year old questions so they seem outdated with components.
so far i have found:
gpu;here
ram:here
I need to get almost all components except mouse and need the best possible config in the given price,i am fine with 500gb hdd and 128gb or 64gb ssd also i prefer 16gb ram or higher.
Also i am in india so i can only use amazon.in or flipkart etc to buy components so dont link to
newsegg etc as those are not available here.
Another heads up i am a complete noob on this so please suggests compatible parts only(motherboard psu etc) , however can assemble them from youtube or get someone to do it.

Edit: 1 more thing what resolution monitor would be better fhd or 2K? thanks :)
