I have a HTC and I need to know how to transfer data from internal storage to sd card

Running out of internal storage can be caused by two reasons:
1. Too many apps
2. Too much data in your internal storage.
Solutions:
1. Check if you have a move to SD card option in your HTC device.
Go to Settings > Apps. Tap on any downloaded app and see if "Move to SD Card" option is available.
2. Many tasks we do in daily life use internal storage. Usually apps like WhatsApp, File Sharing Apps (ShareIt, Xender), and Bluetooth transfers use internal memory to store transmitted data.
Check your internal storage folder, if you have such folders, move the contents inside them to your SD Card. For exame, in the case of WhatsApp, there will be a folder called Media inside the Whatsapp directory, which holds all images, videos and voice messages you have sent or received. Do note that some apps require you to keep the data in your internal storage. Moving those files may cause the concerned app to malfunction.
You can use a file manager like OI File Manager (link at the bottom) to view files in the phone memory and move them to your SD card.
