Computer unexpectedly shuts off, possible motherboard or GPU short?

I've had this problem on and off for the last year or so, and so far no one has been able to solve it. I brought it to a local computer shop and they had no idea, along with paying microcenter $40 to test all my hardware and they said everything was a-okay, even though its obviously not.

I believe I've narrowed it down to either the motherboard or the GPUs. Whenever I do something GPU intensive (playing the Witcher, stress testing), my computer turns off with zero warning, as though I've yanked the power cord.

The shutting off seems to be random. I was an hour and a half into playing the Witcher when it shuts off. Sometimes I can make it through 5 games of CSGO without a problem but then I'll have to abandon because my computer turns off as soon as I try to reconnect. It turns off about 10 seconds into stress testing with FurMark, which leads me to believe thats the issue. I've dabbled a bit into mining dogecoin but would that cause this problem?

I've cleaned and replaced the thermal paste on both of my GPUs. I've replaced the PSU and the CPU. I've replaced the motherboard too, with no avail, but I'm not ruling it out. My full PC specs are:
AMD FX-6300 CPU
16gb Crucial Ballistix 1600 RAM
2x Sapphire r9 270s
Corsair CX750M PSU
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Mobo

If anyone has any idea what I can do to fix this problem I would really appreciate it. I don't know what to do at this point bar buying a new computer, which is way out of my budget.

Sounds like a power issue, though you seem to have a decent PSU. Try using Afterburner to set GPU power limit lower, this will cause it to power throttle but, if my theory is correct, will keep it from crashing.

I have same problem, but only with CS:GO. It randomly shuts down. Sometimes it doesnt. I cant see any reason for, my hardware is of good quality and enough power. I can even overclock and stress test and play Witcher 3 or other demanding games. The pc just randomly shits down on CS:GO.

This posting may not help you, I know. But I am interested in this as you have almost same issue.

My rig:
Xeon 1230v3
MSi GTX 970
ASRock Z97 Extreme6
Super Flower 650 W Gold
2*8gb Crucial Ballistik 1600

What would you recommend lowering it to?

Try lowering the power to -35%, and let it throttle.

The max was -20%, so I set it to that. I then stess tested with FurMark for half and hour and it didnt shut off. My average FPS was 20 at 2xMSAA so severe performance drop, but totally worth it if it stops the turning off. I'll use my computer normally for a little to see if it actually did work before selecting your answer as the solution, but so far it seems like it worked. Thank you!!

Update: 20 minutes after I stopped stress testing I started up a youtube video and my computer turned off. This is actually the second time I've had to write this because my computer turned off again writing about the first time. Any other ideas?
