So my computer does not lag all the time just randomly.. When I am playing a game it will have a good fps but then suddenly drop for 30 seconds or so then go back up to normal fps.
For example, I play csgo and I will have a good 200 fps for 2-3 minutes and then suddenly my fps drops to 30fps or less for 30 seconds to a minute then return to normal for a bit.
I saw other threads on people saying it's over heating but when playing games my cpu is at 60c or so and my gpu is at about the same.
What could be causing this?

Overall If it is one of my computer parts not being good I am willing to upgrade.
