Hi my pc is acting weird 1st of all the power button after i power down the pc and i disconnect the power supply from the wall when i hit the power button it turns on for like 3 to r secs is that normal? Ok 2nd my pc specs are amd fx-9590 cpu the h100i corsair water cooler thingy lol 16gigs of ram either 1066 or 1600 a 1200 pwr supply and a titan x video card and it feels like the games arent running as good as they should i thought 4k would run smooth or am i wrong im new to this and im trying to get it right pls help
