How do I make all downloads go directly to my HDD?

I just built a new PC running Windows 10, with a boot SSD and a storage HDD. I was wondering how I can make it so by default all the downloads head to my storage HDD. Right now everything is going right to the SSD, not the storage drive. Also, the easiest way to move all the existing non-windows files from the boot to the storage drives.

I assume you mean web downloads from your internet browser and torrents?
Open up the tools/options/settings/preferences (all the same shit) , go to the downloads setting and select the desired location.

Same with the torrent program you use. or any other program. Whenever you install a program go to its settings and change/turn off stuff you dont like.
e.g. start when your pc starts. - untick. - check for updates every 5min - untick
