Dedicate more ram to video card

I need to dedicate more ram to my video card, but my bios doesn't seem to have that setting. I have an Intel Core i3 processor and video card is an AMD Radeon R7 240 which has a total memory of 3.8gb but has a dedicated memory of 2gb. My computer has 4gb of memory and operates Windows 10 64bit. My bios is Award Moduler Bios v6.00PG F7. Any help.

The reason Ark can't run well with this is because your computer speed is too slow for the game. Even high end systems can have issues with Ark. Lower settings, maybe at low settings and possibly lower resolution the game will be playable. Or upgrade the video card, the i3 CPU should be able to match well with a low-mid to mid range card like a Radeon 250X or 750Ti, R7 360 maybe.

The reason for this is I can't get Ark survival evolved to run ok with this
