Here's the issue:
Everything was working fine, then I got Killing Floor 2. Performance would be optimal, then I'd suddenly see the FPS HALF and remain around 40-50 as opposed to 110-120. Activating NVIDIA FLEX would result in performance slowly getting worse and worse, and the FLEX function would completely break, showing floating guts and broken animation.
My problem now is that all of my games are effected. My performance is stuck at around 40-50, perhaps lower most of the time, and struggles to increase past 60. Lowering the settings does raise the FPS but that isn't a good solution. There is something wrong with my graphics card's function, I want to find out what changed and how to fix it.
