So I decided to buy an EVGA hybrid aio watercooler for my Palit reference card, and it ran fine unitl a few weeks ago. So now the fan that cools the VRM's etc. is very inconsistent about spinning or not. Sometimes it wont spin at all, even when under a gaming load, but the temps seem to be fine. Sometimes it does ramp in, and when it does, it does so at 100% speed, and it becomes quite loud. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

You probably either have a defective fan / defective sensor/wiring issue or it is the software. I would RMA the card.
