Will this build suffice?

Alright guys,
a friend of mine has got his first build, and he wants to know if he is able to max out recent titles like, SW Battlefront,GTA V,Fallout 4 , BO3 , Advanced warfare, MGS the Phantom Pain etc...
the specs:
Intel Pentium G3258 3.2 '(no oc)
8gb of Corsair Vengeance 1866 Mhz running at dual channel
MSI GTX 960 2gb oc edition
coincidentally , everything he has is Overclockable!
he aint got no game on this pc yet, and still don't know if he needs to overclock anything to get 60 or more fps running each game , knowing that he has only 1366x768 monitor and a 1080p tv!

Drop the Pentium and get an i5. Some games won't run on a dual-core CPU, plus the Pentium will bottleneck your graphics card majorly. Even if it's overclocked to 4.8GHz, it still won't outperform an i5.

As for the rest of the system, it will max out every game at 1366x768 and come close to maxing out games at 1080p.

Lol yeah! i just have to wait him more, meanwhile we'll just enjoy CS GO,
Computers do Taste like Metal BTW !
